Changes to the Cable TV Lineup - Effective February, 2025

Starting in February 2025, we are making upgrades to your TV service that will make your viewing experience even better.  We will be rolling out an improved HD Channel Lineup designed to give you quicker and easier access to your favorite high-definition channels.  Changes in the Lehigh Valley will take place on Wednesday, February 12th.  Changes in Wilkes-Barre will take place on Tuesday and Wednesday, February 18th and 19th.

Channels in the 500, 600 and 700 ranges will have new dial positions.

We are removing duplicate standard-definition channels and moving the HD channels to lower dial positions so you can find them faster and more conveniently.  Don’t worry, your high-quality digital and HD channels will remain the same, just with new dial positions.

For example: Channel 509 in HD is now Channel 9 in HD.
See below for more details and answers to your questions.

After the changeover date, you can see the full updated lineup on our website at the following links:

A quick reminder: If you have set up any series recordings, after the changeover date, please be sure to update those recordings with the new channel numbers so you won’t miss any of your favorite shows.

What happened to my HD channels in the 500, 600 and 700 ranges?

HD channels in these ranges have moved to the former SD dial position. So, channel 502 is now channel 2.

What about my recordings?

Although shows that you have recorded using your DVR device will still be accessible, even if they were recorded on a 500, 600 or 700 series HD channel, ALL FUTURE RECORDINGS WILL HAVE TO BE RESET to the new, lower channel positions.  The old HD channels will no longer be available once this change takes place.

What if my screen goes dark and I don't see any channels?

Simply unplug your cable box, then plug it back in.  It may take as long as 15 minutes for it to totally reset.
