Pay for What You Need

At Service Electric, we believe that you should only pay for the speed you need. Internet speed is measured in megabits per second or Mbps for both download and upload, with the download speed being most important and typically faster than upload speed. We offer several different download speeds up to “Gig Speed” (940 Mbps) to fit all your needs!

Need a speed increase?

If you ever want to increase your speed, all it takes is a phone call and we will increase your speed instantly over the phone!  If your connectivity is poor only in certain areas of your home, it may not be your Internet speed but rather your Wifi router. There are a variety of other factors that affect your home Internet speed, especially if you are using a WiFi (wireless router) connection for your devices.

Internet Service:

High-Speed Internet packages require a cable modem, which Service Electric provides for a monthly rental fee, as well as one ethernet cable when using an external device such as a router. Customers may use their own modem and router, however, SECTV is not responsible for repair or configuration of customer-owned equipment. Actual Internet speeds may vary and are not guaranteed, as speeds may be affected by factors outside of Service Electric’s and/or PenTeleData’s control.
