LEHIGH VALLEY SUBSCRIBERS - Please be aware that your channel lineup will change on February 12th. All channels in the 500's will move to their new dial positions. Example: Dial Position 502-SEN will be found on Dial Position 2. For more information, please see the letter and lineup card included with your December statement. Your series recordings will need to be reset with the new dial positions.

If the lines become damaged and your services are negatively affected, we will come and repair your service. We do not charge for service calls. However, we do not trim trees or remove branches. It is the property owner’s responsibility to maintain their property, which includes trees/hedges and other foliage such as vines. If you experience any service issues, please promptly contact customer service.
