The municipal office is not for customer related inquiries, billing inquiries or bill payments. Please refer all billing and/or customer inquiries to the customer service phone numbers listed above.

Billing Procedures:  Bills will be mailed or emailed monthly. They will show the amount past due (if any), plus the amount of the current month. Fees will vary from one customer to the next depending on service received. Billing begins when the installation is complete. When a customer becomes delinquent, a notice conforming to applicable laws and regulations will be sent allowing a grace period before disconnection of service. Monthly charges are due each month on the date shown. A late charge of 1 ½% will be added to amount in arrears over 60 days. Services may be terminated for non-payment after a disconnect notice has been sent. An additional bill may be sent after services have been disconnected due to any unbilled services, unbilled toll charges (phone) and/or unreturned equipment.

Returned Payments: A $40 fee will be charged on all returned checks.

Billing Service Disputes: Customers will have 30 days from receipt of your bill to register a complaint. Undisputed portions of the bill must be paid promptly to avoid disconnection. If you have questions regarding your bill, please call our Customer Service Representatives at the phone number listed on the front of your bill or email us at office@sectv.com All complaints will be answered within 30 days of receipt. If you are not satisfied with the information you receive, we suggest that you submit your question, in writing, to our General Manager. Service Complaints: If you have a complaint regarding your services, please call our Customer Service Representatives at the phone number listed on the front of your bill or email us at office@sectv.com. The office will be open to receive applications of service, payment of bills, complaints or inquires and to transact other routine system business during normal business hours.
