LEHIGH VALLEY SUBSCRIBERS - Please be aware that your channel lineup will change on February 12th. All channels in the 500's will move to their new dial positions. Example: Dial Position 502-SEN will be found on Dial Position 2. For more information, please see the letter and lineup card included with your December statement. Your series recordings will need to be reset with the new dial positions.

Billing and Payment Options
We offer several ways to pay your bill and manage your account.
It All Starts with a Service Electric "My Account"
To have the best experience with your Service Electric account, we encourage you to enroll in My Account. You can perform a variety of functions like eliminating your paper statement, viewing and paying your bill online, checking system status, and managing your services.

Automatic Bill Payment (ABP) Using "My Account"
Paying your bill is easy with Automatic Bill Payment (ABP) from Service Electric. Have your payment deducted automatically from your checking account with no fees and the option to eliminate your paper statement! Simply select Auto Bill Pay from the My Account options and set it up online!

Online Bill Payment
One-Time, Electronic Bill Payment
You can pay your bill online each month using My Account. Simply login and select the “Pay My Bill” option in the menu. You can use a credit or debit card, OR an electronic funds transfer (EFT) from your bank, and schedule your payment for a future date.
NOTE: With a credit or debit card payment there is a $3.00 fee, but there is no fee if the payment is made with an electronic transfer from your checking or savings account. Please also note that when you make an electronic payment, you will automatically be signed up for paperless billing.
Paperless Billing
With paperless billing (also known as e-billing) you will eliminate your paper bill, helping to save some trees and giving you the security of viewing your bill in My Account. Each month you will receive an email notifying you of your upcoming bill. You can then go online to view details. Sign up for paperless billing by going to My Account and selecting the “Paperless Billing” option in the menu.
