Sports Hub is a content-first hub that contains Sports-related content including Live, On-Demand, Upcoming, and Recorded events. The Hub includes filters for a number of popular sports and leagues, allowing users to quickly find sports content and events to watch. Sports Hub is available ONLY to SE Stream subscribers.
Start by choosing Sports from the main menu:
Sports Hub includes:
- Sports Filters– toggle on/off the filter
- Leagues Filters – toggle on/off the filter
- Sports Carousels:
- Sports On Now
- List of sports events currently airing on live channels. Focus on an event will begin a picture-in-picture preview playout of the event.
- Sports Catch Up
- List of sports events that took place up to 72 hours before. This is the same as the content available in the Replay screen but limited to sports events.
- Sports Upcoming
- List of upcoming live airings of sports events. This allows users to schedule a recording of the event.
- Sports Recordings
- List of user recordings of sports events
- Sports On Demand
- List of sports VOD content published to the TMIS platform by content providers. Note: Not all content providers will publish sport events.
- Sports Talk Shows
- List of sports-centric talk shows that are Live, Replay or On Demand
- Sports Channels
- List of channels that have sports events. This is not restricted to Sports-only channels and can include other channels that have sports content.
- Sports On Now
Note: The Sports Hub will only include content from channels and content providers the user has access to. This includes TiVo+ channels but not Plex or Pluto or from any other 3rd party OTT service.
Set Sports Filters:
- To filter the available sports content, users can select and enable a filter either by the sports category or by league.
- When users select a sports filter, users will also see correlated Leagues.
- Users can enable or disable any sports or leagues to modify the filters.
- Filtering is limited to one Sport and one League at any given time.
Note: Sports Filters will only affect the Sports On Now, Sports Catch Up, Sports Upcoming, Sports On Demand and Sports Talk Shows carousels.
